Overview
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians with strong electrical mechanical PLC hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability minimizing downtime and ensuring safe efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems VFDs (variable frequency drives) motors gearboxes pumps and power supplies
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals
- Support mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems across the facility
- Document work orders repairs and parts usage in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Partner with production teams to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime
- Follow all safety GMP and food safety regulations
- Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and support junior technicians as needed
Required Qualifications
- 35 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical PLC mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with PLCs AC drives (VFDs) and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
- Knowledge of machining assembly practices and shop tools
- Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food beverage pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
- TIG or stick welding experience
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM (1 opening)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (2 openings)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (2 openings)
Work Environment
- On-site role in a high-speed manufacturing facility
- Requires standing walking and hands-on equipment work
- Must follow strict safety and quality standards
