Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians with strong electrical mechanical PLC hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability minimizing downtime and ensuring safe efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems VFDs (variable frequency drives) motors gearboxes pumps and power supplies
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals
• Support mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems across the facility
• Document work orders repairs and parts usage in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Partner with production teams to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime
• Follow all safety GMP and food safety regulations
• Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and support junior technicians as needed

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical PLC mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with PLCs AC drives (VFDs) and industrial controls
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
• Knowledge of machining assembly practices and shop tools
• Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food beverage pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
• TIG or stick welding experience

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM (1 opening)
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (2 openings)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (2 openings)

Work Environment

• On-site role in a high-speed manufacturing facility
• Requires standing walking and hands-on equipment work
• Must follow strict safety and quality standards
