Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives coordinating delivery facilitating sync points across teams providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost.
The Risk Lead is responsible for identifying assessing and documenting risks across application support role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights analyze potential impacts and develop mitigation strategies. The Risk Lead will maintain a comprehensive risk register facilitate risk review meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership. Strong communication analytical skills and the ability to influence decision-making are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls and tollgates etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks issues and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results through effective team management structure and routines.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate and assess risk impacts.
- Maintain and update risk registers and dashboards.
- Develop mitigation and remediation plans in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
- Provide risk reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Perform QA on evidence and supporting materials.
- Create and maintain process documentation to enable consistent process execution within the risk function.
- Drive risk identification within the application portfolios.
- Collaborate with other Risk partners on issues risks exams and audits.
- Coordinate Audit/Exam deliverables among matrixed teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiar with Technology concepts (Infrastructure and Applications)
- 3 Years experience in a similar role supporting risk analysis and audits
- Experience in performing analysis using Excel.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
- Possesses good knowledge of risk management approach processes tools and routines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
