We are partnered with a well-established growing mechanical contractor seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects across the U.S.
About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring safety quality budget and schedule are consistently achieved. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working on diverse complex projects
Key Responsibilities- Lead and enforce jobsite safety and compliance culture
- Manage scope schedule and field resources
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Drive financial performance budgeting and cost control
- Review and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts
- Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Contribute to business development and sales support
What Were Looking For- 8 years of Mechanical Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
- Understanding of design principles tools and construction methods
- Experience with:
- Project financials and cost control
- Operations and business processes
- Client relations and project delivery
- Knowledge of construction law and contract management
- Must be open to full-time travel
