Assist clients with dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration and guide boards through the practical realities of running their communities. What were looking forYou bring 2 years of legal practice experience ideally with a background in community association or real estate law. Youre a strong writer and researcher with the judgment to give boards practical advice not just academic answers. Youre organized detail-oriented and communicate clearly including with non-lawyer board members who need to understand their options. A JD from an accredited law school and an active Florida Bar membership in good standing are required. Bonus points for: CAM license familiarity prior association board counsel experience or litigation experience in Chapter 718/720 matters. What we offer- $120K$175K base commensurate with experience plus bonus potential
