What Youll Be Doing (Besides Chasing Money Professionally)

• Lead theday-to-day A/R and collections operationsacross multiple entities
• Manage and mentor a team (because great collectors dont just happen)
• Overseeinvoicing cash application credit reviews and dispute resolution
• Keep DSO in check andcash flow healthy(aka your scoreboard)
• Partner with Sales & Customer Service to solve issues before they become collections situations
• Monitor credit risk and make smart calls on customer limits
• Deliver insights from A/R aging reports that actually drive decisions
• Support month-end close and audits without breaking a sweat

What You Bring

• 57 years inAccounts Receivable / Collections
• Prior leadership or unofficial team lead everyone relies on experience
• Experience managinghigh-volume A/R(bonus points if its chaoticin a good way)
• Comfort working acrossmultiple entities or business units
• Strong Excel ERP skills (you know your way around)
• Ability to communicate firmlyandprofessionally (collections art form)

Bonus Points If Youve Got

• Experience infoodservice distribution or CPG
• A track record of improving collections processes or reducing DSO
• The patience of a saint and the persistence of a bill collector in a movie
