The Position

As our Funnel Strategist you are the creative engine behind our media buying success. You will specialize in crafting and optimizing the post-click experience ensuring every visitor from Google Ads lands on a page designed to convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Engine: Lead the development and deployment of high-volume advertorials constantly testing fresh psychological angles.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Replace guesswork with logic. You will design rigorous testing frameworks based on clear hypotheses.
• Full-Funnel Mapping: Analyze the user journey from the first ad impression to the final checkout identifying and fixing friction points.
• Metric-Driven Decisions: Use CTR CVR and ROAS data to decode consumer behavior and plan your next winning move.
• Dynamic Collaboration: Work closely with our media buyers to ensure the ad message and the landing page strategy are perfectly aligned.
• Client Authority: Take the lead in meetings by showcasing your testing data explaining wins and outlining the next growth phase.

Your Toolkit

• Advertorial Mastery: You have written and analyzed enough advertorials to know exactly what makes a reader take action.
• Direct Response Specialist: You have a deep command of hooks leads and the hand-to-hand combat of objection handling.
• Google Traffic Expertise: You know that Google Ads users have a different intent than social media users and you tailor your copy accordingly.
• AI Integration: You use AI as a force multiplier in your workflow without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
• Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) for high-stakes copywriting and fluent English (B2) for internal teamwork.
