Business SegmentOverview:

Retail: Empower individual investors and yourself in the world of retail through a range of different financial products rooted in innovation and market intelligence. From FX and CFDs to precious metals master an exciting world of wealth management tools.

Position Purpose:

As a client trading business analysis expert focus on broker spread monitoring Power BI dashboard management client transaction asset insight and trading campaign analysis. Coordinate with regional and global teams to optimize processes and support business growth.

Primary duties willinclude:

1. Client Trading Insight

• Research retail client trading scenarios focus on trading asset insights and analyze client transaction behaviors to provide actionable findings.

1. Spread Monitor & Dashboard Management

• Monitor brokers spread performance closely track key metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards to visualize spread data transaction status and client trading asset insights for stakeholders.

1. Transaction Insight & Campaign Analysis

• Analyze client transaction activities and trading asset performance to provide data support for business decisions.
• Conduct trading campaign analysis evaluate effectiveness and propose optimization plans to enhance client engagement.

1. Ad-hoc Support & Collaboration

• Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from senior management complete assigned ad-hoc analysis tasks efficiently.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients provide professional BA support for spread monitoring dashboards and transaction insights.

To land this role you will need:

• Bachelors degree or above preferably in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Power BI Excel and SQL; preferred experience with analytical tools (Python R Databricks).
• 2 years of relevant experience in trading or business analysis; 6 years of experience is eligible for Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong logical thinking excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
