Youll take ownership of a growing 200 volunteer community and shape the entire journey from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement events partnerships and long-term growth.

What Youll Be Doing
- Designing and launching a full volunteer programme from the ground up
- Creating structured pathways across mentoring employability events and skills-based volunteering
- Recruiting onboarding and training volunteers including prison-specific compliance processes
- Building engagement strategies that keep a large volunteer community active connected and motivated
- Developing corporate partnerships that help fund and grow the programme
- Planning and delivering impactful events both inside prisons and within the wider community
- Managing budgets reporting policies and programme impact tracking
