Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage baseline & target project programmes across design procurement construction and handover phases.
Monitor progress maintain as-built schedules and assess programme impacts from changes delays and variations.
Identify programme risks and opportunities driving mitigation strategies and efficient construction sequencing.
Coordinate with project teams and supply chain to gather inputs on design logistics labour and construction durations.
Lead planning standards and reporting mentor junior planners and present programme updates to senior project stakeholders.

What will you need

Qualification in Construction Management Civil Engineering Project Management or a related discipline
Certification for use of planning and programme software preferably Asta Powerproject
Extensive knowledge of UK and EU legal framework in particular contract management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Contract awareness - Understanding JCT and NEC forms of contract
Presentation Techniques Training
Basic BIM training and understanding of the common data environment.
