What youll be doing

• Work with B2C sales towards the private market
• Handle renewals and renegotiations of telecom solutions
• Build trust with customers and identify new opportunities
• Turn conversations into results through structured sales processes
• Collaborate with a team of experienced sales professionals and managers

Who were looking for

• Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and comfortable in English
• Strong communicator clear confident and a good listener
• Motivated by goals performance and personal growth
• Curious about sales (experience is a plus not required)
• Ready to work on-site in Oslo
