WHO YOU ARE
The Development Intern is responsible for providing assistance and support in all aspects of the affordable housing real estate development process at the direction of the Director of Development; delivering the highest level of customer service to our employees and guests; and supporting the optimization of profitability. He/she is responsible for performing and/or overseeing activities such as development and financial administration.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Pursuing a degree in a real estate development related field (i.e. Business Finance Architecture Construction Economics etc.) at a career school and/or college
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Ability to use computer hardware and software mobile devices and other technology applications.
