Job Summary

CHC is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat inspire support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of has been a critical part of Ohios efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974.

We are currently seeking a full time LPN for our Outpatient MAT Program to work from 5:00am until 1:30pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend from 5:00am until 10:30am.
Duties Include:
  • Administering methadone and buprenorphine
  • Direct nursing care
  • Charting
  • EKGs
  • Blood draws
  • Rooming
  • Collecting urine samples
  • Following up with patients as needed
  • Some back office clerical duties

Minimum Requirements:Graduate of certified LPN program current Ohio LPN license and current CPR certification.
