The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

Purpose Statement: Has ultimate responsibility for all the accounting activities and financial result within the area of responsibility. Ensures that financial and operational objectives are met financial results are accurately reported and corporate policies and procedures are followed. Develop plans and procedures to reduce exposure to financial risk.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Determine and drive alignment on entity strategy financial goals and objectives and lead efforts to deliver these objectives and goals.
• Develops and executes solutions strategies standards and tools related to financial reporting accounting policy process general ledger maintenance forecasting and financial systems and controls. Ensures dynamic scalable and sustainable solutions are in place that drive predictable results.
• Full fiscal responsibility for entities within scope of role overseeing monthly quarterly and annual accounting close processes as well as tax and treasury requirements. Coordinates the preparation of financial statements and filings in compliance with local requirements and US GAAP. Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures meant to preserve the organizations assets.
• Leads the provision of value add and actionable insight into business performance presents findings to executive leadership and supports and influences resulting decision making and planning.
• Develop a high-performing team providing regular feedback and focus on mentoring personal and career development succession planning and career mapping.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential driving succession planning and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the related field or a Masters degree and 5-7 years of experience in the related field. Previous experience in a management role in required. Preference at this level is to have a Masters degree or to be in pursuit of one. A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is required; a Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
• One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Physical Requirements:

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting comfortable temperatures and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
