About You

Broker Online Exchange (BOX) seeks a full-time Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team by managing processes data and systems that drive efficient and accurate sales execution. This role requires strong communication for coordinating with internal and external teams as well as exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The selected candidate will be instrumental in preserving BOX's competitive standing in the market. This role is perfectly suited for a proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and enthusiastic interest in driving business success.

What youll do and how youll have an impact

• Maintain and update mapping templates for all matrix suppliers ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with supplier requirements and system configurations.
• Execute matrix pricing uploads including validating source data monitoring upload success and confirming pricing is accurately reflected within the platform
• Oversee the daily communication of the BOX Support inbox to ensure customer/contract/supplier/partner issues are getting addressed and communicated to the correct parties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user access issues including troubleshooting login errors resolving MFA resets and ensuring timely restoration of system access
• Oversee daily matrix pricing import by ensuring supplier pricing files are imported without error. Responsible for communicating with development when file mapping changes are needed or import errors occur.
• Support ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in pricing operations and user management workflows and recommending solutions.

• Bachelors degree or 2 years of experience in a sales operations revenue operations or business analyst role
