What does the job look like
The SRPMIC Health Services Division is seeking an experienced EHR Support Analyst II to support the efficient safe and optimized operation of our Electronic Health Records systemprimarily Epic within an OCHIN environment.
In this role you will serve as an advanced technical and workflow resource for providers nurses administrative staff and cross-functional healthcare teams.
Your work will focus on:
- Providing high-level first-line support and coaching to end-users
- Troubleshooting mid-to-complex clinical operational and technical issues
- Assisting in system configuration testing documentation and optimization
- Partnering with the OCHIN Epic Vendor IT and operational leaders to align system functionality with regulatory requirements and workflow needs
- Supporting departmental goals related to safety quality user experience and operational efficiency
This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly enhances patient care delivery data integrity billing accuracy and overall clinical efficiency.

You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Epic (preferably OCHIN) across multiple modules
- Experience supporting users in a clinical environment
- Skills in troubleshooting workflow validation testing and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- An understanding of HIPAA requirements healthcare operations and compliance expectations
- A collaborative adaptable patient-centered mindset
Experience working within Tribal or Indigenous communities is valued and supports success in this role.
What do you need
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Healthcare Technology Informatics or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum (5) years of full-time experience in a clinical facility
- Minimum (3) years of Epic E.H.R. Support Experience
- Active Epic certificatiions or proficiencises (Ambulatory Acute EpicCare Willow Wisdom Prelude Cadence or Resolute PB) OR a clinical license
