What You Will Do
Work closely with program teams within a matrix environment of program management engineering finance operations supply chain and quality functional leads
Ensure customers requirements are fully understood and flowed through to the capture team and to external suppliers in coordination with Supply Chain in accordance with company policies legal requirements and customer specifications
Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking gathering detailed information and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders
Work independently yet recognize matters that require leadership review and buy-in
Own contract management/administration actions on proposals and contracts across the acquisition life cycle
Influence others through the explanation of facts policies and practices
Multi-task routine and complex contract and proposal activities while responding to unplanned quick response requirements as they emerge
Interface with customers regarding correspondence contractual changes and contractual issues
Draft complex letters that communicate Raytheons business position effectively
Ensure compliance with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (commonly known as TINA)
Travel to a Raytheon or customer facility as needed for program and/or customer meetings

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts Estimating Supply Chain Procurement/Acquisitions or Finance
Qualifications We Prefer
Hands-on proposal preparation and negotiation experience
Experience with U.S. Government acquisitions or contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) and/or related government regulations
Professional effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential
Strong interpersonal skills mature judgment proactive involvement in strategic issues and problem resolution skills to work effectively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including customers and leadership teams

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
