Due toaretirement we are seeking an experienced Business Manager to leadWSBinto the future building on our reputation for exceptional service withinourbranches across theState.

About the Role

Reporting to the Directors the BusinessManagerwilljoin the Executiveteam and takeresponsibilityfor operationalexcellence commercial sustainability and support the business with strongvalues-based leadership.

Based inClare with responsibility across all WSBbranches this roleis hands on andresponsible forefficient compliantcustomerfocusedoperations that arealignedwith our strategyandmeeting theneeds of afastpacedagricultural machinery business.

Key Responsibilities

Our people are key andyoullensure we havea cohesivehighperformingteam withthe right peoplethe right skillsat the right time.A focus on recruitment trainingdevelopmentand performance managementisessential.

You will have budget oversightand takeresponsibility forthefinancial sustainabilityof the business in partnership with the Commercial&Sales Managerand CFO.

Working closely withthe Commercial& SalesManager and salesteamyoullmake sure they have the resources and support to achievetheir salestargets to drive profit and commercial sustainability.

Your day-to-dayleadership will include key administrative functions and activitiesincluding Aftersales (Branch ManagersPartsand Service)HR ITProcurement Lease andFacilities Management Marketing and Accounting Support.

You willempower your leaders delegate effectively and offer guidance andassistancewhen

required.

About You

Youwillbe an experienced leader who understands thedemandsand opportunitiesof operating inarural exceptional senior leadershipcapabilityyoullbe commerciallyfocussed andbe able tomanage a diverseteam tomeetbusiness strategiesand goals.

With excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skillsyoullwork well with a diverse range of staffcustomersand suppliers.

Youllenjoy regular visits to the branches tomaintainrelationshipsassistwithmentoringand training onboarding operational issues conducting reviews and quality checks.

Ideally you will have experience inthe agriculturalmachinery automotive equipment or related industriesand befamiliar withdealership management systems (DMS) or ERP platforms.
