We are currently seeking aDigital Marketing Specialistto join our growing team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team and the companys digital marketing strategy and initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing or communications from a four-year college or university required.
2 years experience in digital marketing position required.
Proven track record in achieving digital marketing goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take direction and guidance.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Ability to effectively work autonomously during times of limited supervision.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Preferred experience with:
- LinkedIn company pages and organic social posts.
  - Running multiple pages at the same time.
- LinkedIn Facebook and Google Ads.
- WordPress
- Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Adobe Acrobat and Premiere

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead the LinkedIn strategy for our company pages and create posts for all brands.
Make and monitor ads for Facebook LinkedIn and Google.
Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to complete deliverables and support the teams campaigns and initiatives.
Measure and report on the success of social media posts and ads using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising and digital marketing trends and platform changes.
Monitor social channels for comments messages and mentions.
Publish new content and make edits to WordPress websites.
Run our YouTube channel which includes publishing all videos.
Pull digital metrics monthly.
Assign tasks to the digital teams contractor and ensure tasks are correctly completed in a timely manner.
All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Works in an office environment and uses a computer telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
Regularly required to sit talk or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion handle or feel and to stand walk reach bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
