Join an established private practice specializing in Vision Therapy in Natick Massachusetts just 30 minutes from Boston. We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join a dedicated team of 2 ODs 4 Therapists and experienced administrative staff.
Position Details
- Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity
- Full-Time schedule: 40 hours/week
- 5 days per week (MondayFriday or TuesdaySaturday)
- 9-hour shifts (8 clinical/administrative hours 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- See up to 12 patients per day
- Private practice focused on Vision Therapy and Neuro- Optometric rehab
- We provide specialized care for Pediatric developmental cases and neuro-rehabilitation for adults
Compensation
- Full Time
- Guaranteed base salary of $170000 annually
- Performance Bonus
- Earning Potential: $194000 annually
- High-performing doctors may exceed $300000 annually with uncapped bonus potential long term
- 1099 or W2 employment options available
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional and developmental vision evaluations
- Lead and oversee vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitative care
- Complete detailed patient reports and progress evaluations
- Maintain strong communication with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with the practice manager and therapy team
Requirements
- Must have 3 years of Vision Therapy experience or have completed a residency in vision therapy and binocular vision in a private practice setting
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
