Position Summary
Clinician member of the MultiCare Medical Partners multidisciplinary team delivering population-based care. The ARNP will provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on prevention chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse patient populations. This role requires collaboration with physicians RNs pharmacists social workers behavioral health specialists and other professionals to optimize the health of MultiCare communitiesResponsibilities Direct Patient CareConducts comprehensive assessments diagnose conditions develop plans and prescribe medications for patients across the lifespanDiagnoses and treats acute and chronic disease using evidence-based guidelinesProvides preventive care health education and counseling to individuals and familiesTimely and accurate documentation inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous careParticipates in the coverage for clinic colleagues per departmental guidanceParticipates in after-hours call coverage per departmental guidanceMultidisciplinary CollaborationParticipates in multidisciplinary meetings care reviews and care planningCoordinates care with all members of the delivery teamContributes to the development and improvement of population-based carePopulation Health ManagementUtilizes data and risk stratification tools to prioritize our patients at greatest risk to prioritize outreachEngages in quality improvement focused on health outcomes cost effectiveness and cost reductionSupports transitions of care and reduced readmissions and ED useCitizenshipDemonstrates the MultiCare values of compassion stewardship kindness joy collaboration and respectAdheres to MultiCare policies and processesRequirementsMaintains active Washington State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license DEA and state prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.About Allenmore Hospital

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $157984.00 - $162184.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education.
