Job Skills / Requirements

Hourly $64.00-85.00

Salary 135K-175K

Services shall be performed on-site at FBI facilities in Quantico VA Stafford VA Fredericksburg VA and Newington VA.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• SCI eligibility
• Bachelors degree 3 years security experience OR
• 58 years security-related experience
• Experience in:
• • Industrial security
  • Physical security
  • Computer/network security
• Experience with:
• • Program management
  • Scheduling
  • Staffing oversight
  • COMSEC support
  • Briefings/debriefings
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Customer service capability

The PM is expected to:

• Fill operational positions during absences
• Support visitor desk operations
• Coordinate schedules daily
• Support security operations directly

Preferred Experience

Strongly preferred:

• Former FBI contractor
• Former DoD/IC security specialist
• Former FSO/AFSO
• SCIF operations experience
• COMSEC experience
• Access control leadership experience
• Cleared personnel management experience

Preferred agency backgrounds:

• FBI
• DoD
• DHS
• IC agencies
• Federal law enforcement
• Secure facility operations
