Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
• Montana Food Handlers certification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Must possess a valid State of Montana drivers license maintain a clean driving record and be able to drive for work-related purposes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience preparing healthy meals and accommodating dietary restrictions
• Strong communication time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques. Training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a residential or institutional setting
• Experience cooking for groups of 40 people
• Familiarity with youth care environments
