Job Summary
Description
This job will be largely remote with on-site requirements across all BHHA facilities in Washington state on an occasional basis. On-site presence will be essential during training go-live and at other key milestones during implementation.

Some of what youll do:- Make decisions as a representative of BHHA practitioners for the alignment of workflows processes forms and assessments to the foundational EHR system
- Establish and maintain solid collegial relationships with practitioners across BHHA
- Direct/guide practitioners in the policy/adoption of new workflow processes forms assessments and other tools
- Understand and articulate current state primary facility workflows at assigned location(s) and apply a longitudinal understanding of end-to-end processes
- Advocate for standardized solutions that deliver high quality care
- Work to identify best practices and to reduce unnecessary variation with similar clinical workflows and clinical technologies
- Promote EHR-related activities and encourage implementation and adoption of the EHR
- Support technical teams by providing clinical perspective in analyzing complex technology issues
- Work with staff to consult and assist in process improvement opportunities
Who should apply
