About the Traineeship
As an Early Childhood Trainee you will work as part of a supportive team whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will gain hands-on experience in an early learning environment and be supported through structured training and mentoring.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Support educators to deliver ageappropriate playbased learning experiences
- Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming learning environment
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children families and team members
- Observe document and reflect on childrens learning and development (with guidance)
- Participate in structured training mentoring and professional development
What are we looking
We welcome Expressions of Interest from candidates who:
- Are passionate about working with children
- Willingness to learn follow guidance and work as part of a team
- Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Eagerness to learn about National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Demonstrate reliability professionalism and teamwork
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
- Have good communication skills
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
- Police Check
