About the Traineeship

As an Early Childhood Trainee you will work as part of a supportive team whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will gain hands-on experience in an early learning environment and be supported through structured training and mentoring.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support educators to deliver ageappropriate playbased learning experiences
• Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming learning environment
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children families and team members
• Observe document and reflect on childrens learning and development (with guidance)
• Participate in structured training mentoring and professional development

What are we looking

We welcome Expressions of Interest from candidates who:

• Are passionate about working with children
• Willingness to learn follow guidance and work as part of a team
• Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Eagerness to learn about National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Demonstrate reliability professionalism and teamwork
• Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
• Have good communication skills
• Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
• Police Check
