Specialty Sales Executive Remote Australia

Were looking for a Specialty Sales Executive to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

Your role responsibilities Heres what youll do

  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan and build pipeline strategy through partners user groups and tradeshows while delivering accurate real-time sales forecasting using account management tools.
  • Partner with account managers to identify and qualify new opportunities for assigned products and solutions across current customers and prospects in all industry verticals.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and expertise to educate potential customers on the value of Hyland solutions serving as a trusted thought leader throughout the sales process.
  • Support sales solution engineers in developing and presenting compelling software demonstrations while providing expertise during the discovery stages and supporting the RFP process alongside account managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer account information opportunities commitments and interactions in the CRM while actively managing opportunities and collaborating with the deal desk team to drive deals to close.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new customers from the pre-sale process through to implementation handoff and provide guidance and mentorship to fellow sales team members.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with significant experience as an Account Manager or Executive in a complex sales environment.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in sales relevant industry solutions or technology products.
  • Proven year-over-year sales generation success with excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in opportunity management and account planning tools with strong Microsoft Windows and Office skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.

  • Strong ability to gain consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to contribute to the development of sales collateral for assigned products or solutions.
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated track record of successfully multi-tasking and managing work independently to completion.
  • Exceptional ability to establish rapport and build lasting trust with customers prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing opportunities end-to-end in a CRM with a strong record of driving deals to close in partnership with deal desk teams.
