We are a not-for-profit community-based organisation that has been providing education and care to children from birth to 12 years of age across Tasmania for over 80 years. The role
As Service Manager youll lead the daytoday management of an education and care service in line with the National Quality Framework. Acting as Nominated Supervisor youll provide ethical and pedagogical leadership ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement to achieve highquality outcomes for children and families.
You will:
- Lead highquality safe and inclusive education and care practice
- Manage service operations people leadership and regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with children families and educators
- Mentor and develop teams to deliver bestpractice pedagogy
- Lead the Quality Improvement Plan and prepare for Assessment & Rating
What youll bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience in education and care with the capability to act as a Nominated Supervisor
Proven ability to lead mentor and develop highperforming teams
Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
An ACECQAapproved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (child-related activity childcare services) and the ability to obtain a National Police Check
