Charisma Healthcare is recruiting Enrolled Nurses for temporary staffing at a leading Private Hospital Group in the Pietermaritzburg (KZN) area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe compassionate and professional nursing care within your allocated unit and scope of practice
• Assist with patient care activities including monitoring vital signs and supporting treatment plans
• Administer medication and assist with procedures under appropriate supervision
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols
• Adapt confidently to different wards and shift requirements for temporary placements

Requirements:

• Enrolled Nurse (SANC registered)
• Experience in General Medical Surgical ICU Theatre or Trauma units
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical instructions accurately
• Flexible availability for short-term or shift-based assignments
• Strong communication skills and a committed professional work ethic
