Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business ownership for AI usecases & value tracking
Maintain a business-facing backlog view
Define outcome KPIs (adoption efficiency quality)
Ensure every AI use case answers: Why are we building this

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Relevant IT / Business / Engineering degree
Cloud fundamentals (AWS Cloud Practitioner)
Agile certifications (advantage not mandatory):
Scrum Product Owner
Scrum Master
Project / Leadership certifications (advantage)
