Reporting to the Director ofTrëhudè& Daʼoleʼ theJëjeZho Manager manages the overall operation ofJëjeZho (Transitional House and Emergency Shelter). The incumbent coordinates and supports the delivery of needed programs and supports atJëjeZho andrepresentsthe TH Government on initiatives and advocacy relating to men experiencing homelessness.
An Eligibility List may beestablishedfrom this competition the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time permanent part-time temporary full-time temporary part-time termor auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.

EssentialQualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in social work psychologyhumanitiesor related health services field plus two years of experience in providing clinical supervision or delivering programs and services to vulnerable populations. An equivalent combination of experience knowledgeskillsand abilities may be considered.
- Experience in providing trauma-informed care to vulnerable/at-risk individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability mental health and addiction challenges and other complex care needs.
- Experience in developing and administering funding proposals and agreements.
- Working knowledge of lowbarrierand harm reduction principles and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform operational and client risk assessments.
- Demonstrated experience managing supervisingcoachingand managing staff performance and professional development.
- Proficiencyin using Microsoft Office/365 programs (Outlook WordExceland PowerPoint) and video-conferencing technologies.
- Knowledge of restorative justice principles and approaches.
Assets:
- Financial managementand administration experience.
- Knowledge of the TH culture traditions historydemographicsand family structures
Conditions of Employment:

- Class 5 Drivers License and clear drivers abstract and willingness toacquirea Class 4 drivers license.
- Standard First Aid Certification.
- De-escalation and conflict resolution training.
