Location: Ellendale ND 58436
Shift: Variable Day Shifts 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with potential for 48 hours based on facility needs)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care/skilled nursing facility team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to residents ensuring comfort dignity and quality of life in a supportive care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming feeding and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment for residents
- Collaborate effectively with nursing and care teams
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
