Call Center Representative

Fast-paced high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Call Center Representative

Work location: 612 East Lamar Blvd - Suite 800 Arlington Texas 76011

Work environment: Remote within the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (830am 5:30pm)

Heres What You Will Need

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

One year of Customer Service experience preferably in a Contact Center environment (REQUIRED)

One year of experience in a healthcare environment (PREFERRED)

EPIC Certification upon hire (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do

Answer customer calls/contacts to meet service level goals

Provide quality customer service through effective communications skills and use of department software systems for call/contact processing (includes appointment setting)

Continuously builds on knowledge base of THR hospital services programs and marketing activities and strives to provide added value to each customer contact
