We are seeking a Plant Administrator to join our team on the Eastern Freeway Hoddle to Burke Alliance. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Project Operations for EHBA Plant related activities. This includes the coordination of the purchasing allocation reporting and maintenance of the companys plant and equipment.
About the role:
- Maintain the finance equipment and management system
- Providing assistance with project set ups including obtaining quotes as required.
- Prepare the monthly charge out of recoveries to all projects.
- Track the movement charge out of recoveries to all projects.
- Coordinate regular stocktakes of all assets in storage and in use on projects annually.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- 1-3 years previous experience in a human resource or administration role
- Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- A general understanding of the technology and systems associated with employee records management
- Ability to build and develop good working relationships
We have a range of additional benefits available for our employees:
- Intermediate to Advanced use of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Previous exposure to working with plant and equipment.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is preferred but not essential
- Drivers Licence
- High Level of data entry skills speed and accuracy of input.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas therefore all applicants must hold a current Drivers Licence and have their own transport.
