Were looking for a proactive commercially-minded and detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Business Development Analyst to join our high-performing and collaborative team in Mexico. This hybrid role blends strategic business development with sales enablement and plays a key role in driving revenue growth across Mexico and other strategic markets.
Youll work closely with our client-facing teams to shape go-to-market strategies generate qualified lead and business opportunities and ensure commercial excellence. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to take on responsibility grow quickly and contribute directly to the expansion of BTS in Mexico and Latin America.
Role & Responsibilities
Business Development (7080%)
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in Mexcio and additional LATAM markets.
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted prospecting account research and market segmentation.
- Generate business opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to activate campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.
- Support account managers by aligning pipeline efforts with commercial priorities and key solutions.
- Analyze CRM data to refine prospecting efforts and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research outreach drafting and pipeline analysis.
- Drive new revenue growth by unlocking opportunities in both new and existing accounts.
Sales Enablement (2030%)
- Maintain and track commercial pipeline data in Salesforce ensuring consistency and visibility.
- Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings including KPI reports and strategic insights.
- Enable account teams with relevant data tools and content to support sales efforts.
- Use AI-powered workflows to improve the speed and quality of sales materials and reporting.
- Help optimize internal processes to increase commercial efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in sales enablement business development or a similar commercial role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g. Claude) to accelerate prospecting and CRM workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented and purpose-driven environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
