Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reportsfollowing best practices
Work closely with business users to gather understand and translate requirements
Build and maintain efficient data models(Star / Snowflake schemas)
Optimize Tableau performance (extracts filters calculations dashboard design)
Write complex SQL queries for data validation and transformation
Ensure data accuracy consistency and scalability
Mentor junior Tableau resources and review their work
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams
Maintain documentation for dashboards and datasets

Required Skills

Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
Advanced SQL
Experience with large datasets and performance tuning
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Experience working with stakeholders/business teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Tableau Server administration experience
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift / Azure SQL)
Python or R for data analysis
Agile / Scrum experience
