Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard Russian speaking Lawyer to join their team in Podgorica Montenegro.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with external legal advisors company secretaries and registered agents regarding corporate maintenance and legal administration matters across multiple jurisdictions
Support corporate governance processes including preparation and review of resolutions powers of attorney meeting minutes and other corporate documentation
Assist in handling client complaints regulatory requests and official inquiries while ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Draft review and amend a wide range of legal agreements contracts and related legal correspondence
Support trademark protection activities and assist with intellectual property-related matters
Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on corporate legal and regulatory matters
Assist the Head of Legal with daily legal operations projects and ongoing business support activities
Ensure legal documentation is properly maintained organised and updated in line with company and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Russian and English
35 years of legal experience within a corporate or business environment
Bachelors or Masters degree in Law
Professional-level English particularly within legal and business communication
Strong experience drafting reviewing and negotiating legal documentation in English
Good understanding of corporate law legal procedures and governance processes
Strong communication organisational and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to manage multiple legal matters and priorities within a fast-paced environment
Experience or knowledge within Forex Fintech or Crypto industries is considered a strong advantage.
