About you
Medical degree preferably with postgraduate qualifications in a relevant therapeutic area.
Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry demonstrating ability to deliver strategic and operational impact.
Minimum of 3 years working as a Medical Affairs Manager or in a comparable role.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience with Womens Health products is considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Mexican health regulations including COFEPRIS standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal communication and scientific writing abilities.
A self-driven proactive professional with the capacity to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity and navigate a fast paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time
About the role
Lead and strengthen Medical Affairs in Mexico by shaping and executing a forward looking medical strategy that accelerates the development launch and lifecycle success of Theramexs Womens Health portfolio. This role ensures scientific excellence and trusted engagement with Medical Experts and Key Stakeholders supports evidence generation and medical education and drives high impact scientific exchange.
The Medical Affairs Manager acts as a strategic partner to cross functional teams enabling informed decision making fostering external credibility and maximizing the value of Theramex innovations for Medical Experts and healthcare systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain up to date clinical and scientific expertise in relevant therapeutic areas providing strategic and operational insights to inform brand planning and decision making.
Continuously review scientific literature and participate in key scientific eventssuch as congresses symposia and expert meetingsto ensure alignment with the latest medical developments.
Provide timely accurate and fully compliant medical review and approval of promotional and non promotional materials supporting business objectives while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Partner closely with the Marketing and cross functional teams to develop and execute brand plans and deliverables for the Womens Health portfolio.
Collaborate with Marketing to plan and implement scientific meetings educational programs advisory boards and symposia.
Support broader organizational needs including Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance activities by providing scientific expertise and guidance.
