The Role

The successful candidate will join a vibrant Creative Arts department and will:

• Deliver engaging and imaginative Art lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Inspire students to develop creativity confidence and technical artistic skills.

• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports learners of all abilities.

• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.

• Support extracurricular activities such as art clubs exhibitions competitions and school displays.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

There may also be opportunities to contribute to wider creative and cross-curricular projects across the school community.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking a teacher who:

• Holds or is working towards QTS.

• Has a degree in Art Fine Art or a related creative subject.

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for creative education.

• Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student wellbeing.

• Can build positive relationships with students staff and parents.

• Brings enthusiasm creativity and a proactive approach to school life.
