POSITION OVERVIEW
The firm is seeking a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant with 810 years of experience supporting attorneys within a sophisticated Private Client / Trusts & Estates practice.
This is a dedicated right-hand support role. The individual will work closely with specific attorneys becoming deeply familiar with their clients workflows and practice needs while serving as a critical part of the day-to-day operations of the group.
The work is highly substantive and client-focused offering meaningful involvement with sophisticated estate planning and fiduciary matters in a stable professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the dedicated right hand to Private Client attorneys developing deep familiarity with their practices clients and workflows
- Manage the flow of inbound requests and communications from internal and external clients through completion
- Draft edit format and proofread legal documents PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets with expert-level accuracy
- Manage attorney calendars conflict checks time entry and client billing preparation
- Coordinate meetings in-person signings travel arrangements events conference calls and expense reconciliation
- Track business development activities and attorney follow-ups
- Facilitate communication across attorneys associates paralegals clients and firm staff
- Maintain client and matter files and coordinate service of process and hand deliveries when necessary
- Provide occasional overtime support during active matters or filing deadlines
- 810 years of legal administrative assistant or executive assistant experience within a law firm environment
- Experience supporting attorneys in a dedicated (non-pool) support structure
- Strong background supporting Private Client Trusts & Estates or related practice areas
- Demonstrated employment stability including 4 years in at least one prior position
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients family offices or wealth management environments strongly preferred
- Prior experience with billing time entry conflict checks and business development tracking required
- Expert-level Microsoft Word skills including styles formatting templates and document production
- Strong proficiency with Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Kofax Adobe Acrobat or comparable PDF/document management tools
- Hands-on experience with legal billing and timekeeping systems such as Aderant Elite Intapp Time or equivalent platforms
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Relevant legal administrative experience carries the greatest weight
