Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO professional with 10-15 years of expertise specializing in RecordtoReport RTR processes and Brownfield S4HANA migrations The consultant will lead finance transformation projects ensuring smooth migration from ECC to S4HANA while optimizing financial reporting compliance and integration with other modules

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Brownfield migration projects for SAP FICO RTR from ECC to S4HANA
• Conduct fitgap analysis between ECC finance processes and S4HANA innovations
• Configure and optimize core FICO functionalities General Ledger Accounts PayableReceivable Asset Accounting Controlling and Financial Closing
• Manage data migration custom code remediation and simplification item handling specific to FICO
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams MM SD PP HR etc to ensure seamless integration
• Provide guidance on Fiori apps for finance processes eg Universal Journal Financial Closing Cockpit
• Support testing cutover planning and hypercare postmigration
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders

Required Skills Experience

• 10-15 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in S4HANA Brownfield implementations
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO RTR processes financial accounting controlling reporting
• Handson experience with Universal Journal ACDOCA New Asset Accounting and Central Finance
• Deep knowledge of migration tools SUMDMO and simplification list handling
• Proven track record of leading largescale finance transformation projects
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting and Consolidation
• Experience in multicountry rollouts and global template migrations
• Familiarity with SAP BTP HANA optimization and cloud integration
