POSITION OVERVIEW This role joins the Products team within Application Managed Services to drive development and design efforts for IBM Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS). The mission is to optimize Ship and Order functionalities while ensuring robust production support for critical retail-aligned applications.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead development and design efforts for IBM Sterling OMS specifically focusing on Ship and Order modules.

  • Design and develop high-performance APIs within the IBM Sterling ecosystem.
  • Provide dedicated production support activities to ensure system stability for core functionalities.
  • Coordinate closely with offshore development teams and local members on project deliverables.
  • Perform on-call and weekend support as required by business needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
