Job Title: Manual and Automation Tester (10 years of exp)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Design develop execute and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Create automated testing solutions using Playwright or similar automation technologies
• Develop and maintain manual and automated QA test cases
• Perform manual testing activities as required
• Design automated testing documentation and execution processes
• Determine testing priorities test scenarios and execution strategies
• Develop execution plans for automated and manual testing activities
• Track test case execution and maintain detailed reporting
• Establish automated test schedules and reporting processes
• Perform performance and load testing activities
• Create and maintain QA test scripts for application validation
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices
• Log track prioritize and resolve defects using Jira
• Support defect management and troubleshooting activities across environments
• Work closely with development teams during development testing UAT and production support
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and QA planning sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Support on-call activities as needed
• Perform accessibility testing activities
• Ensure software quality standards and compliance requirements are met
• Experience with Playwright WebdriverIO JMeter JavaScript and HTML
• Experience with Agile Scrum Jira XRay and Zephyr
• Strong experience in QA automation engineering and performance testing
• Ability to independently handle complex testing assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise application environments
• Creativity initiative and problem-solving skills expected in complex QA engagements
