Job Summary
AtlantiCare is seeking 1 Locum Family Practice Physician for AtlantiCare Primary Care Rio Grande NJ
- Practice Setting: Primary Care / Family Practice
- Coverage Location: AtlantiCare Primary Care Rio Grande NJ
- Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed ongoing
- Reason for Coverage: Provider departure
- Interested in: Locum or Locum-to-Perm
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level II
- Will You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License Yes New Jersey license required
Schedule:
- Day shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- No call no inpatient responsibilities no ED backup
Required Procedures:
- Adult outpatient care
- EKG interpretation
- Disability exams (occupational medicine)
- Not required to supervise other healthcare providers
Travel Reimbursement:
- The site will place preference on local providers that only need mileage reimbursement.
- They will consider providers needing travel reimbursements for the right provider.
Requirement description : Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED
Active New Jersey Medical License PREFERRED (can obtain prior to start)
BLS Certification REQUIRED
Experience in Adult Outpatient Care REQUIRED
Proficiency in EKG Interpretation REQUIRED
Experience Performing Disability Exams (Occupational Medicine) PREFERRED
Experience with Cerner EMR PREFERRED
Experience in a Primary Care / Outpatient Clinic Setting PREFERRED
NPDB Self-Query report (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED required at the time of presentation
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
