The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates plans and implements individualized treatment programs to help patients develop recover or maintain daily living and work skills. This role supports participants in achieving optimal independence safety and quality of life through therapeutic interventions aligned with interdisciplinary care plans.

What is PACE

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive coordinated and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs serving more than 80700 participants in 33 states.

The number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.

You Bring:

Bachelor s Master s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.

1-3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

1 years experience working with elderly and frail population required.

Currently registered as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed in the State of Colorado and maintained throughout employment

Valid driver s license unlimited access to reliable transportation and adequate automobile insurance are maintained throughout employment.
