Job Description:
Strategic Buying & Merchandise Planning

Develop and execute buying strategies aligned with business goals and luxury market trends.

Curate product assortments across categories including apparel accessories footwear jewellery beauty or lifestyle products.

Plan seasonal collections and product mix based on consumer insights sales trends and market demand.

Drive category growth pricing strategies and margin optimization.
Vendor & Brand Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic luxury brands designers and suppliers.

Lead commercial negotiations including pricing margins exclusivity and supply terms.

Identify and onboard new luxury brands and product opportunities.
Inventory & Sales Management
-
Monitor inventory levels stock ageing sell-through and replenishment planning.

Ensure optimum stock allocation across stores and online platforms.

Collaborate with planning and operations teams to minimize markdowns and maximize profitability.
Market & Trend Analysis

Stay updated on global fashion and luxury retail trends competitor activities and customer preferences.

Analyze sales performance buying patterns and category-wise profitability to support decision-making.

Utilize data-driven insights for forecasting and assortment planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising marketing retail operations visual merchandising and e-commerce teams.

Support marketing campaigns product launches and promotional activities.

Ensure alignment between brand identity and in-store customer experience.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the buying and merchandising team.
