The Elementary Teacheris responsible forteaching assigned grades and subjects supporting our blended learning model and helping bring the mission and values of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Academy to life each day. This role collaborates closely with the principal faculty and families to create a nurturing high-expectations learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creating an Exceptional Learning Environment

• Cultivate a welcoming structured and joyful classroom where students feel known and supported.

• Implement the schoolsBlended Learning frameworkand incorporate technology to meaningfully enhance student engagement.

• Deliver high-quality instruction across assigned subjects.

• Plan thoughtful lessons aligned with curriculum goals and student needs.

• Assess and evaluate student work regularly providingtimelyand constructive feedback.

• Maintain strong classroom management through clear expectations routines and relationships.

Living the Catholic Mission

• Exemplify Catholic values in word and action both inside and outside the classroom.

• Lead daily prayerparticipatein school liturgies and help planall-schoolliturgies as needed.

• Support students in their spiritual and moral development.

Student Support & School Involvement

• Provide individualizedassistanceto students as needed.

• Supervise assigned areas including transitions and escorting students to specialty classes.

• Communicate with families professionally promptly and proactively.

• Collaborate with colleagues sharing ideas and solutions that strengthen the school community.

• Perform duties assigned by the principal to support school operations.

Record Keeping & Compliance

• Maintainaccurategrades attendance and reporting throughFACTS SIS.
