What youll do
- Respond to customers through email and live chat as the main form of communication
- Schedule appointments using online systems
- Provide service information and pricing digitally
- Route inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Communicate with technicians and office staff through internal systems
- Occasionally assist with phone calls when needed
