Job Description:
Accountable for a product initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail Preferred & Small Business). Partners with Product(s) and Channel(s) teams to drive strategy and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for segment initiatives/ investments/ activities and performance. Accountable for decisions including process changes based on VOC feedback and customer analytics.

The CSC II will support the Specialized Consumer Client Solutions organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships. Primary responsibilities of the role include but not limited to an in-depth analysis executive level report creation process design and partner integration. This understanding will be used to ensure alignment between priorities strategic goals and capacity in order to support the broader organization and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence

  • Expert level Microsoft suite skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel and Sharepoint Designer

  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance

  • Expertise in Process Understanding and Design

  • Strong organization skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication/presentation skills

  • Ability to lead through influence

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$104800.00 - $163300.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
