Role Summary: We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Product Trainer to join the ContextQA this role you will be the bridge between our product and our users — empowering customers partners and internal teams to unlock the full potential of the ContextQA platform. You'll design and deliver training programs build learning materials and be a key voice in the customer success journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain comprehensive training content including presentations video tutorials user guides e-learning modules and hands-on lab exercises.

• Deliver engaging onboarding and product training sessions for new and existing customers via live webinars virtual classrooms and in-person workshops.

• Conduct new hire product training for internal teams including Sales Support and Customer Success.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to stay up-to-date on new features and translate technical changes into training material updates.

• Work with the Customer Success team to identify skill gaps and proactively address them through targeted training interventions.

• Build and manage a library of self-service learning assets within the LMS (Learning Management System).

• Gather learner feedback through assessments and surveys; iterate on content to improve training effectiveness.

• Support the creation of certification programs for customers and partners.

• Track and report on training KPIs such as completion rates assessment scores and NPS.

• Represent ContextQA's product expertise during pre-sales demos webinars and industry events when required. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a product training technical training or instructional design role preferably within a SaaS company.

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts QA methodologies or test automation is a significant advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Experience delivering training to diverse global audiences across multiple time zones.

• Proficiency with tools such as Zoom/Google Meet for virtual delivery and any LMS platform (e.g. Teachable TalentLMS or similar).

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills — you make learning enjoyable and memorable.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Education Computer Science Engineering Communications or a related field. Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Appium or similar.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to QA and software development.

• Experience building certification or accreditation programs.
