The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineerwith strong data analysis skills to support new product introduction and production ramp for power management ICs. This role works crossfunctionally with design test operations fabs and OSAT partners to ensure product quality and yield meet targets. The ideal candidate can work independently drive technical direction and collaborate effectively in a fastpaced multidisciplinary environment.
In this job you will:
- Own and manage product data across NPI through production ramp ensuring accuracy and readiness for highvolume manufacturing
- Analyze test yield and manufacturing data to drive quality reliability and yield improvements
- Support qualification ramp and sustaining activities with fabs and OSAT partners
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with design test operations and manufacturing teams to resolve datadriven issues
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to support decisionmaking and change management
- Support program management activities including milestone planning risk mitigation resource coordination and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain product documentation including release notes qualification reports and technical specifications.
- Identify and address production inefficiencies proposing actionable improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
- Monitor WIP and cycle time providing feedback to operations and engineering teams for process optimization.
You bring to the table:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Data Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor NPI product engineering data engineering or manufacturing operations
- Strong experience analyzing electrical test yield reliability and manufacturing data
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python SQL JMP Excel or similar) and data visualization/reporting
- Handson experience working with fabs OSATs and crossfunctional engineering teams
- Solid understanding of IC manufacturing flows qualification and production ramp
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to drive rootcause analysis and datadriven decisions
- Selfmotivated able to work independently and effective in a fastpaced collaborative environment
