As a leading master distributor and manufacturer of industrial fasteners we are seeking a hands-on Branch Operations Manager to lead our Tolleson Arizona branch operation.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse operations inventory control shipping and receiving safety productivity and team development while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all branch warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Drive productivity inventory accuracy quality and on-time performance
• Coach develop and lead warehouse team members
• Maintain compliance with safety OSHA quality and company standards
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements and Lean initiatives
• Ensure warehouse assets equipment and systems are properly maintained
• Support strategic operational goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse manufacturing or distribution operations
• Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with warehouse systems inventory control and operational metrics
• Lean Kaizen Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience preferred
